DAY 1: Departure point / Delhi
On your arrival in Delhi, you are met by your guide and transferred to the hotel.
DAY 2: Delhi / Mahansar - 270 km
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the Shekhawati region. Lunch en route. On arrival you are welcomed by a family of the warrior caste and settle into your hotel. Visit the village of Mahansar, at the heart of a region rich in hundreds of havelis, small palaces or mansions decorated with frescoes dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: Mahansar / Talchapar / Mahansar (50 km)
Breakfast. Departure for the Talchapar national park of birds and blackbucks. There you will see a great number of birds, particularly the blackbucks, which are quite rare in India. Return to the hotel. In the evening you take part in preparing Indian dishes.

DAY 4: Mahansar / Bikaner - 200 km
Breakfast. Departure for Bikaner. Before reaching the city we visit a camel breeding farm. Visit Junagarh Fort, an immense citadel one kilometre in circumference. Inside we admire a superb Maharaja's palace built in the 16th century whose interior is truly palatial. Stop in the village of Gajner to visit the splendid palace set on the shore of the lake. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Free time.

DAY 5: Bikaner / Khichan / Jaisalmer - 340 km
Breakfast and departure for Jaisalmer. Along the way we stop at a small lake to see the demoiselle cranes, which arrive in India in November and leave in March. Arriving in the late afternoon, we check in at the hotel. We then go to watch the sunset over the royal cenotaphs of the Maharajas of Jaisalmer. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6: Jaisalmer / Desert National Park / Jaisalmer (100 km / approx. 4h)
Breakfast. Departure for the Desert National Park to see, among others, the GODAWAN (great Indian bustard), which is becoming increasingly rare, as well as other wild birds and animals. We continue with a visit of Jaisalmer, known as the Golden City, and its impressive yellow sandstone fortress that stands in all its splendour and dominates the town. This city was an important caravan halt on the Silk Road. We walk through the streets of the lower town to admire the richness of the facades of the Nathmal and Patwa mansions, those magnificent havelis that reveal the charm of Jaisalmer. Visit Gadi Sar lake. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the abandoned priests' village at Kuldhara.

DAY 7: Jaisalmer / Thar Desert - 150 km
Breakfast. Departure for the Thar Desert. Dinner and check-in at the camp. We set off by 4x4 jeep for a safari across the sand dunes to see gazelles and antelopes. Stop with a local family to visit a desert home and attend the opium ceremony. Dinner and overnight in the desert.
DAY 8: Thar Desert / Jodhpur - 150 km
Breakfast and departure for Jodhpur, the Blue City where it is a pleasure to wander its winding streets. Visit Mehrangarh Fort, His Majesty's Fort, which dominates the city in all its splendour. It was built in 1459 like an eagle's nest. Lunch and check-in at the hotel. We continue with a walk through the old bazaar of Jodhpur. This city is famous for its spices. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 9: Jodhpur / Jawai Lake - 150 km
Breakfast and departure for the village of Khindawa. On arrival, you are welcomed and settle in with a local family. After lunch, departure for the great Jawai lake where we enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. We continue with a leopard safari by 4x4. This is the only place in India where you can find this magnificent animal. Return to the family home in the early evening for dinner.
DAY 10: Jawai Lake
Early departure to admire the birds along the shore of the lake at sunrise, while sipping a good cup of hot tea or coffee. Return to the family home for breakfast. Free time. Departure in the late afternoon for a leopard safari. Dinner and overnight with the local family.
DAY 11: Jawai Lake / Ranakpur / Ganerao – 70 km
After breakfast, we meet the nomads of the Raika community, who are herders of goats, sheep and camels.
Departure for Ganerao. On the way, visit Ranakpur, known for its Jain temples. Visit the Adinath temple, which will win you over with the beauty and complexity of its architecture and its 1,444 white marble pillars, each carved with different ornamentation. Lunch. Arrival in Ganerao and check-in at the hotel. Visit the town. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 12: Ganerao / Kumbhalgarh / Udaipur - 120 km
Breakfast. Departure for a hike through forest and mountains up to Kumbhalgarh Fort. Along the way you may see animals in the forest. The fort is one of the most beautiful in the country and is home to the second longest wall in the world after China, stretching 26 km. We drive on towards Udaipur. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 13: Udaipur
Breakfast. Visit Udaipur, one of the most wonderful cities in Rajasthan and named the most romantic city in the region, built between lakes and hills. In the morning we visit the City Palace and the garden of Saheliyon Ki Bari (once the setting for royal festivities). Visit a school of miniature painting. Boat excursion on Lake Pichola and a relaxing stop on Jag Mandir island, returning at sunset. Check-in, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 14: Udaipur / Khempur Lake - 60 km
Breakfast. Departure for the village of Khempur. Along the way we visit ancient temples of the god Vishnu, as well as the Sas-Bahu temple at Nagda. Arrival and check-in at a magnificent heritage hotel that was used for the filming of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. In the late afternoon, a walk around the lake to observe the birds.

DAY 15: Khempur / Chittaurgarh / Bundi - 180 km
Breakfast. Departure for Bundi. On the way we visit one of the oldest forts in India in the town of Chittaurgarh. This town was built in the 7th century by the dynasty of the kings of Udaipur. Until the 15th century it was the capital of the state of Udaipur. Take in the view of the 5 km-long ramparts and visit the ruins that tell the story of this town. Visit the temples of the goddess Kali and the gods Krishna, Shiva and Vishnu, built in the 14th century by King Kumbha. Dinner in the town. Along the route, visit the dizzying Menal waterfall, set in a natural site of great beauty. Arrival in Bundi. Check-in, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 16: Bundi / Ramgarh Sanctuary / Bundi
After breakfast, jeep excursion in the Ramgarh National Park. Return to Bundi for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Taragarh Palace to see beautiful frescoes dating from the 17th century. We enjoy a fine view of the town and visit the private and public audience halls, the king's chamber and the dance hall. We continue with a walk through the town, visiting the vegetable market and the magnificent baoli, a stepwell that offers an impressive view over its steps.

DAY 17: Bundi / Pushkar - 200 km
Departure for Pushkar. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Dinner. Visit this Hindu holy city and the only Brahma temple in the world. We go to Pushkar lake, sacred to Hindus, where we see sadhus and pilgrims bathing on the ghats, the steps that lead down to the lake.
DAY 18: Pushkar / Jaipur - 150 km
Breakfast. Departure towards Jaipur. Check-in and lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, a Bollywood film screening in the most beautiful cinema in Asia, the Raj Mandir. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 19: Jaipur
Breakfast. Departure for Amber Fort. Along the way we make a photo stop in front of the Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal). On arrival at Amber Fort, we visit the fort, which was the ancestral home of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Lunch. Visit the royal City Palace and the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 20: Jaipur / Ranthambore - 200 km
Breakfast and departure for Ranthambore. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Lunch and departure for a 3-hour 4x4 safari in the tiger national park to see tigers, gazelles, antelopes, wild boar, deer, peacocks and more.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 21: Ranthambore / Bharatpur - 150 km
Breakfast. Departure for Bharatpur. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit the bird national park. You can observe the great diversity and beauty of the birds while travelling by rickshaw or bicycle.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 22: Bharatpur / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra - 60 km
In the morning after breakfast there is the option to return to the bird park. Then departure for Agra. Along the way we visit the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri, built in the 16th century and known as the City of Victory under the Mughal Empire. Arrival in Agra. Check-in at the hotel. In the late afternoon, visit the Taj Mahal at sunset.

DAY 23: Agra / Delhi – 230 km
Breakfast, then a visit of the magnificent Taj Mahal at sunrise. Next, visit the Red Fort. Lunch and departure for India's capital, New Delhi. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 24: Delhi
Breakfast. Departure to explore the old city, beginning with a visit of the Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, built in 1650. We continue with a rickshaw ride and walk through the urban bustle of the Chandni Chowk market street in Old Delhi. It is a sight to behold! Next, visit Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. In the afternoon, explore New Delhi, passing the India Gate, Humayun's Tomb and the Qutub Minar, built in the 12th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
